HP가 제조업체들에게 공급하고 있는 "고정 이미저 1000" 프린터는 297mm 크기의 용지까지 출력 가능한 고성능 컬러 잉크젯 프린터이다. 이 프린터에는 최근 개발된 "페이지와이드" 기술이 적용되어 있다.
빠른 FI-1000 프린터는 고정 헤드 솔루션과 인쇄 경로 설계를 통해 최대 1,000mm/s의 빠른 속도를 자랑합니다. 우편 봉투 인쇄에 필요한 잉크젯 프린터는 다양한 업종의 인쇄 속도와 특수 상자 및 패키지의 오버프린팅을 지원합니다. 사용편리 FI-1000은 주문자 상표 부착 생산 방식 제조업체가 다양한 선택 사양을 갖춘 조립식 부품 세트를 만들 수 있도록 합니다.

이 장치에는 인쇄 헤드, 서비스 트레이, 잉크 공급 시스템(IDS) 및 인쇄 헤드 엘리베이터가 포함되어 있으며 이는 모두 손쉽게 교체 가능합니다. 서비스 트레이는 따로 제공됩니다. 그 외 나머지 하위 부품들로는 메인 인쇄 회로 어셈블리(MPCA), 옵션 전원 공급 장치, 좌측 후면 상부 PCA, 서비스 슬레드 드라이브, 잉크 단락 감지 PCA, 서비스 스테이션 구동축 어셈블리, 상부 용지 가이드 및 모둠 케이블 등이 있습니다. FI-1000은 영상 신호가 전달되는 통로 역할을 합니다. 이러한 기능들을 통해서 사용자가 직접 설정하거나 다른 기기들과 연동시킬 수 있도록 Top of Form 입력, Cover Open 입력, 전원 켜기/끄기 입력 및 GPIO를 제공합니다. 3.3V, 5.1V 및 12V 전압으로도 작동 가능합니다.

안료 잉크로 제작되어 내구성이 뛰어납니다 HP가 개발한 FI-1000 기술력을 바탕으로 만들어진 안료 잉크는 프린터기에 장착 후 인쇄 시 높은 품질의 결과물을 얻을 수 있습니다. 안료 잉크는 다양한 다공성 매질에 대한 내구성을 제공하며, 빛이나 물 그리고 스크래치에 강한 성질을 지니고 있습니다. 저희 회사의 안료 잉크는 미세한 구멍들 사이로 침투가 용이하기 때문에 BS5609 Section 3 인증을 획득하였으며, 찬물 속에서도 5주간 그 성능을 유지하였습니다.

Fast
HP FI-1000 produces best-in-class speed with its fixed head solution and straight through print path design. It supports print speeds for a variety of industries on inkjet transport bases, as needed for direct mail envelope printing, and overprinting for specialty boxes and packages.
Easy to use
The FI-1000 is a collection of sub-assemblies, providing numerous options for OEMs to build customized solutions. The Bar-in-Box (BnB) is the centerpiece of the solution. This self-contained and easily replaceable unit is comprised of the printhead, service tray, ink delivery system (IDS) and the printhead elevator. The service tray is also available separately. The rest of the sub- assemblies include a main printed circuit assembly (MPCA), optional power supply, left rear upper PCA, service sled drive, ink short detection PCA, service station drive shaft assembly, upper paper guide and assorted cables. The FI-1000 comes with many reference designs that allow you to speed up design and manufacturing time. The FI-1000 is mounted onto the media path. This provides you with a Top of Form input, Cover Open input, power on/off input, and GPIOs to enable customization and integration options. Also available are 3.3V, 5.1V, and 12V outputs.
Durable pigment ink
HP pigment ink that is fully tested for the FI-1000 gives you the confidence of HP quality behind every ink supply. The pigment ink provides durability on a wide range of porous medias and has been tested for lightfastness, water durability, and scratch resistance.
Our pigment inks adhere to porous media so well that they received the BS5609 Section 3 certification having survived five weeks of sloshing cold salt water. Now that’s permanence!
